To take payment in a chat, send the customer a Payme, Click, Uzcard or Humo link right in the Instagram or Telegram conversation: they pay through it without going to a website, and the “paid” status and the amount are written to the deal record automatically. The whole path is four steps: the customer confirms the order, the link arrives, the payment goes through, the deal is recorded in the CRM. Every extra step (“go to our website”, “a manager will call you back”) loses buyers. Zukko.AI is an AI agent platform for business: its AI salesperson (AI agent) runs the conversation up to payment, generates the link and takes the payment even at night, with no manager involved. Stripe covers foreign cards. Onboarding takes from 2 hours for a small business and up to 30 days for an enterprise.
Why “go to our website” costs you sales
A customer in Uzbekistan writes to you on Instagram: “I’ll take it, how do I pay?”. If the reply is “follow the link to our website and fill in the form”, some buyers drop off — it is inconvenient, they cannot be bothered, they get distracted. The more steps between “I want to buy” and “I have paid”, the lower the conversion.
Payment in the chat cuts the path down to a single action: the payment link arrives in the same conversation.
Taking payment in the conversation: 4 steps from order to deal
- The customer confirms the order in the chat.
- The AI salesperson generates a payment link — Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo or Stripe.
- The customer pays through the link without leaving the messenger.
- The order is confirmed and the deal is written to the customer record in the AI-CRM.
Why local payment methods matter
Global CRMs and chat platforms usually support only international payment methods. In Uzbekistan, though, customers pay through Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo — the national payment infrastructure. Being able to accept these payments right in the chat is a strong local advantage that most foreign tools lack. How each of these systems connects to a CRM, and how Payme differs from Humo, is covered in Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo integration with a CRM.
How the customer pays through a chat link: wallet or card
Chat payment methods differ not in where the link goes but in how the customer confirms the payment. Payme and Click are payment services: the customer opens the link and pays from the wallet or a linked card. Uzcard and Humo are national card systems: the customer enters the card details in the payment form. Stripe is needed when the customer pays with a foreign card.
| Payment method | How the customer pays | Where the link works | What lands in the deal record |
|---|---|---|---|
| Payme | Opens the link and pays from the Payme wallet or a linked card | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat | “Paid” status and amount — automatically, via webhook |
| Click | Opens the link and pays from the Click wallet or a linked card | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat | “Paid” status and amount — automatically, via webhook |
| Uzcard | Enters a card of the national Uzcard system in the payment form behind the link | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat | “Paid” status and amount — automatically, via webhook |
| Humo | Enters a card of the national Humo system in the payment form behind the link | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat | “Paid” status and amount — automatically, via webhook |
| Stripe | Pays with a foreign card — the option for customers outside Uzbekistan | Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, web chat | “Paid” status and amount — automatically, via webhook |
Fees and settlement times are deliberately left out of the table: they are set by the payment service under your contract, not by the CRM. The current list of payment services and channels you can connect is on the Integrations page.
What the business gets
- Fewer steps, higher conversion — the customer pays in one tap from the chat.
- Local payment methods — Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo.
- The deal is in the CRM right away — the payment is recorded in the customer record.
- Works 24/7 — payments are accepted at night too, with no manager involved.
How the AI salesperson runs the whole conversation from the first question to payment is covered in the AI salesperson guide. The sales agent itself is described on the AI salesperson page. Setup takes from 2 hours for small and mid-sized businesses and up to 30 days for enterprise.
Frequently asked questions
Which payment methods are supported
Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo and Stripe — the link is sent straight into the chat.
Does the customer have to go to a website
No — the payment happens through the link in the conversation, without visiting a website.
Is the payment recorded in the CRM
Yes — once paid, the deal is written to the customer record.
Does it work in Instagram and Telegram
Yes — in both channels where sales happen in Uzbekistan.
What do you need to start taking payment in a chat
Two things: a payment system connected to the CRM and a messaging channel — Instagram or Telegram. First the payment service is connected as a connector — how this works for Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo is explained in the [article on integrating payment systems with a CRM](/blog/integraciya-payme-click-uzcard-humo-crm). After that, the AI salesperson sends the link into the chat on its own as soon as the customer confirms the order.
What if the customer does not finish paying
The AI salesperson reminds them about the unfinished order in the same conversation, so abandoned carts return to the funnel.
