Telephony for CRM: recorded and in the card — every call, not a sample

Your team calls from the browser and from mobile on your own line, and the conversation, recording, duration and outcome land in the customer card on their own. The manager no longer depends on how many calls a supervisor managed to listen to: the whole shift is in the system. We connect the line over SIP to Sarkor, Uztelecom, Twilio or your PBX — no separate station, hardware or integrator, live from 2 hours. Your rep does the talking: AI review of recordings comes from Call Analytics on the Business plan, and outbound voice calling is Voice AI on Enterprise.

WHAT IT IS

What is telephony for CRM?

Telephony for CRM is the call channel inside the AI-CRM: the line, the numbers, a web-phone in the browser, calls from mobile, recording and routing. Zukko.AI connects over SIP to your PBX or carrier — Sarkor, Uztelecom, Twilio, Asterisk, FreePBX — so no separate phone station or hardware is needed, and your numbers and rates stay yours. Every conversation lands in the customer card: recording, duration, outcome and the rep responsible. Nobody types call notes by hand, and the manager sees the whole shift instead of the handful of recordings a supervisor had time to review. Your rep does the talking. AI review of recordings is the Call Analytics module, available from the Business plan. Outbound calls in a voice instead of a rep are Voice AI, included with Enterprise. Launch takes from 2 hours for SMBs and up to 30 days for larger businesses with integrations and number porting.

CAPABILITIES

What telephony inside the CRM covers

One line, one window: calls, recording, routing and history where the messaging and deals already live.

Web-phone in the browser

Click the number in the card and the call is running — no separate dialer, no software to install, no phone station.

Calls from mobile

The same number and the same history in the iOS and Android app — a call from the field never falls out of the CRM.

Recording and routing

We record every conversation, with access to recordings granted by role. Calls are distributed across teams, queues and working hours, so peaks and the night line never rest on one person.

Call recording

Review instead of manual spot-checks

The call lands in the card, and the transcript and score come from Call Analytics: the head of sales sees the whole shift, not three recordings picked at random. The module starts with the Business plan.

WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE

The whole call is visible in the customer card

Recording, duration, a summary of the conversation and the next step — on one screen. The rep logs nothing by hand, and the manager hunts for no recording in someone else’s PBX.

HOW TO ENABLE

Launch telephony in three steps

We connect your line or issue a number — and the first call from the CRM goes out the same day.

  1. Connect the line

We attach your SIP provider or PBX — Sarkor, Uztelecom, Twilio, Asterisk. Your current number is kept and your carrier rates stay yours.

  2. Lay out the routing

We build the call flow: queues, ring groups, working hours and recording rules — for your teams and shifts, with no six-month spec and no integrator.

  3. The team calls from the CRM

Reps work from the browser and the phone, while recordings and outcomes flow into cards and into the manager’s reports.

COMPARISON

Built-in telephony vs an external PBX

What changes for the manager when the line and the CRM are one system instead of two.

from 2 hoursto the first call from the CRM — no separate PBX, hardware or integrator

Zukko.AI built-in telephony vs an external PBX

Zukko.AI built-in telephony keeps calls, recording, history and review in one system — with no separate PBX, hardware or manual reconciliation. An external PBX lives apart from the CRM: integration, sync, and two places to look for a recording.

Zukko.AI vs amoCRM + Sipuni

With amoCRM + Sipuni, telephony and CRM are two products, two bills and two admins. In Zukko.AI calls, messaging and review sit in one system; Sipuni can be connected as a SIP line rather than thrown away.

TELEPHONY & INTEGRATIONS

Works with your telephony

We connect your provider or PBX over SIP: numbers, the carrier contract and the rates stay yours, and the call history lands in the CRM. WhatsApp calls come in as a separate channel.

WhatsApp calls

Voice calls from WhatsApp Business — in the same window as the customer chat.

Twilio

A global cloud SIP trunk and numbers for inbound and outbound worldwide.

Sipuni

Cloud PBX: routing, queues and call flows with no hardware of your own.

Sarkor Telecom

Local Uzbekistan numbers and SIP lines — calls at local rates.

Any SIP PBX

Asterisk, FreePBX, Mediabay and other providers — connected over the SIP standard.

Number porting

Keep your current number or get a new one — customers call the same place.

Don’t see your provider? If it speaks SIP, we’ll connect it.

Some of your reps call from personal smartphones? Zukko Recorder captures those conversations

FAQ

Common questions about VoIP

What is telephony for CRM?

Telephony for CRM by Zukko.AI (VoIP) is the call channel inside the AI-CRM: a web-phone in the browser, calls from mobile, recording, routing and a SIP connection to your PBX or carrier. Every conversation lands in the customer card with its recording and outcome, so the manager oversees the whole shift instead of a sample. No separate station or hardware is required.

Can we keep our current number?

Yes. We connect your SIP provider and existing number, or issue a new one. The carrier contract and its rates stay yours, and customers keep calling the same place.

Are calls recorded and who can access the recordings?

Recording is switched on according to your company’s rules. Recordings, history and outcomes are stored in your company’s isolated workspace with data in Uzbekistan; the right to listen is granted by role and access to recordings is logged. For larger businesses, deployment on your own infrastructure (on-prem) is available, along with agreeing the recording rules with your security team before launch.

How is telephony for CRM different from Voice AI?

Telephony for CRM is the channel: the line, the numbers, the web-phone, routing and the recording in the customer card — your rep does the talking. Voice AI is a voice agent that dials and holds the conversation instead of a rep, and it is available on Enterprise. They usually work together: telephony provides the line, Voice AI takes over routine calls.

How long does it take to launch?

For SMBs — from 2 hours, self-service. For larger businesses with integrations, number porting and a security review — up to 30 days.

Is telephony included in the plan, and what does it cost?

Telephony and the web-phone are included in every plan — Start (699,000 UZS/month), Business (1,190,000) and Pro (1,990,000) — with no add-on fee for the module. Start does not include AI call analysis: that begins with the Business plan. Outbound voice calling (Voice AI) is available on Enterprise, by agreement. Call minutes are billed by your carrier.

How do I connect telephony to Sarkor, Uztelecom or another PBX?

We connect over the SIP standard: we link your Sarkor Telecom, Uztelecom or any SIP provider and PBX (Asterisk, FreePBX, Twilio). Your numbers and rates stay yours, and calls land in the CRM instantly.

Do you transcribe and analyze calls in Uzbek, Russian and English?

Yes — the Call Analytics module does this: transcription and analysis in Uzbek and Russian, with English support. The module starts with the Business plan; see the Call Analytics page for more.
