Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo integration with a CRM connects Uzbekistan’s payment systems to the customer record: Zukko.AI sends a payment link into the chat, and after payment the deal status updates automatically, with no manual reconciliation. Payme and Click are payment services; Uzcard and Humo are card payment systems. According to the Central Bank, 74.6 million bank cards were in circulation in Uzbekistan as of 1 July 2026. The customer pays via the link right inside Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp without going to a website; the payment system confirms the payment by webhook, and the CRM links the payment to the deal on its own. A manager no longer reconciles bank statements against orders by hand: the CRM shows who has paid and who has not. Global CRMs usually lack these local payment methods and keep data abroad; Zukko.AI stores Uzbek customers’ data in Uzbekistan. Setup takes from 2 hours with access ready.
Why integrate Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo with a CRM
In Uzbekistan customers pay through Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo — national payment rails that global CRMs generally do not support. If the payment bypasses the CRM, a manager reconciles the bank statement against orders by hand, mixes up statuses and loses time. The integration closes that gap: the payment and the deal live in one system.
Each payment provider is connected as a connector — with two-way sync. The customer pays and the deal in the CRM moves to “paid” immediately, with no manual entry.
Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo: how they differ
These are not four identical payment providers. Uzcard and Humo are payment systems built on bank cards: according to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, 74.6 million bank cards were in circulation in the country as of 1 July 2026. Payme and Click are payment services through which the customer pays by card: Payme, for example, accepts Uzcard and Humo cards issued by any bank. What matters for a CRM is something else — which scenario each connection covers.
| System | What it is | Scenario in the CRM |
|---|---|---|
| Payme | Payment service: an app plus payment acceptance for businesses | The AI platform sends a Payme link into the chat; the customer pays with an Uzcard or Humo card; the deal moves to “paid” |
| Click | Payment service (a payment organisation) and an app | The Click link goes into the same conversation; the payment confirmation comes back to the chat and the customer record |
| Uzcard | Payment system built on bank cards; operated by the Unified Republican Processing Center | Payment by Uzcard card via a link; the payment is attached to the customer record and reconciled without a bank statement |
| Humo | Payment system built on bank cards; operated by the National Interbank Processing Center, live since 2019 | Payment by Humo card via a link; the deal status updates through a webhook, with no manual entry |
How a payment reaches the CRM: webhook and deal status
- The AI salesperson or a manager generates a payment link — Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo or Stripe.
- The customer pays via the link right inside Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp, without going to a website.
- The payment system confirms the payment through a webhook.
- The deal status in the CRM updates automatically and the payment is attached to the customer record.
How the AI runs the conversation up to payment is covered in the AI salesperson module. What taking the payment inside the conversation looks like — from order confirmation to a reminder about an unpaid link — is shown in How to take payment in an Instagram or Telegram chat.
Local payments in a CRM versus global CRMs
| Capability | Zukko.AI | Global CRM platforms |
|---|---|---|
| Payme, Click | Yes, natively | Usually not |
| Uzcard, Humo | Yes, natively | No |
| Payment link in the chat | Yes | Via third-party services |
| Automatic payment-to-deal reconciliation | Yes | Requires custom work |
| Data in Uzbekistan | Yes | Usually abroad |
What the business gets
- One-click payments — the link goes into the same chat the customer wrote in.
- Local payment methods — Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo, not only cards.
- Automatic reconciliation — the CRM sees for itself who has paid and who has not.
- Less manual work — no manager matching a bank statement against orders by hand.

Frequently asked questions
Which payment systems can be connected to the CRM
Payme, Click, Uzcard, Humo and Stripe connect to the Zukko.AI CRM as native connectors with deal-status sync. The payment link is generated right in the chat, and the confirmation comes back to the conversation and the customer record. No one has to match a bank statement against orders: the CRM sees which order is paid and which is not.
How do you set up a Payme integration with a CRM
Payme connects to the Zukko.AI CRM as a connector. You need an active Payme business account and access to it. The AI salesperson or a manager then generates a payment link right in the chat, and the payment confirmation returns to the customer record through a webhook. With access ready, setup takes from 2 hours.
How does a Click integration work with a CRM
Like the other payment connectors: a Click payment link goes into the chat the customer wrote in — Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp. After the payment, Click confirms it through a webhook and the deal in the CRM moves to “paid”. The manager sees the payment in the customer record and does not ask for a receipt screenshot.
What is the difference between Payme and Humo
They sit at different levels. Humo is a payment system built on bank cards, operated by the National Interbank Processing Center; banks issue Humo cards. Payme is a payment service through which the customer pays with a Humo or Uzcard card. In the CRM both look the same: a link in the chat and a status in the record.
Do global CRMs support Uzbekistan’s local payments
Usually not. Payme, Click, Uzcard and Humo are national payment infrastructure, while CRM platforms built abroad mostly work with international cards. The link has to be assembled through third-party services and finished by hand. In Zukko.AI these four connections are native, so the payment link and payment-to-deal reconciliation work without extra development.
Does the deal status update automatically
Yes. Once the payment system confirms the payment through a webhook, the deal in the [CRM](/platform/crm) moves to “paid” by itself and the payment is attached to the customer record. Nobody has to type in the amount or change the status by hand. The sync is two-way, so the manager and the AI salesperson see the same order state.
Does the customer have to go to a website to pay
No. The customer receives the payment link inside the conversation — in Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp — and pays the familiar way: through Payme, Click, or with an Uzcard or Humo card. The confirmation returns to the same conversation. The customer does not have to find the product on a website, and the business does not lose the order between windows.
What if our payment provider is not on the list
Then from the Business plan you connect it yourself through the open API and webhooks, and on the Enterprise plan we build your own integration by quote. Payment and deal-status events are passed on in real time. Which connections are ready today and how the open API works is described on the [Integrations](/platform/integrations) page.
