1C and CRM integration: linking sales and accounting

How to connect 1C to a CRM with two-way sync: deals, payments, products and stock in one system — no manual data transfer between sales and accounting.

SYNC · 1C ↔ CRM

Zukko.AI connects 1C to the CRM as a native connector with two-way sync: deals, counterparties, payments, products and stock update in both systems automatically — sales run in the CRM, accounting stays in 1C, and nothing has to be carried across by hand. Onboarding takes from 2 hours with access ready; for a complex environment, up to 30 days. Data is stored in Uzbekistan.

Why link 1C and a CRM

In most companies in Uzbekistan sales live in one place and accounting lives in 1C. While the two systems are not linked, a manager keys the order into 1C by hand, an accountant reconciles payments, and nobody can see current stock at the moment of the deal. That means double entry, mistakes and lost time.

The integration closes that gap: 1C is connected to the CRM as a connector, and data moves in both directions. The salesperson works in the CRM, the accountant works in 1C, and the system keeps them in sync.

What syncs between 1C and the CRM

  • Counterparties and contacts — a new customer from the CRM appears in 1C and vice versa.
  • Deals and orders — a closed deal creates a sales document in 1C.
  • Payments — a payment posted in 1C updates the deal status in the CRM.
  • Products and prices — the item list and price list from 1C are available in the deal record.
  • Stock — the manager can see availability without leaving the CRM.

How it works

  1. The Zukko connector plugs into your 1C database (via a web service or a scheduled exchange).
  2. Reference data — counterparties, products, prices — syncs in both directions.
  3. A deal closes in the CRM and a sales document is created in 1C.
  4. A payment is posted in 1C and the deal status in the CRM updates automatically.
  5. Every change is logged, and the exchange history is visible in analytics.

What the business gets

  • No double entry — the order is keyed in once, not separately into the CRM and into 1C.
  • Current stock and prices — the manager sells against real availability, not from memory.
  • Payments and accounting in sync — finance and sales see the same numbers.
  • An AI platform on top of accounting — the AI salesperson carries the customer through to payment, and the deal lands straight in 1C.

Frequently asked questions

Which 1C configurations does the integration work with

With standard configurations (for example Trade Management or Accounting) via a web service or a scheduled exchange; a non-standard environment is configured individually.

Does data move in both directions

Yes — this is two-way sync: counterparties, deals, payments, products and stock update in both the CRM and 1C.

Will we end up with duplicate counterparties

No — records are matched by tax ID and other keys rather than recreated on every exchange.

Where is the data stored

In Uzbekistan — in line with the personal data requirements of Law ZRU-547.

What if our 1C has been customised

We build a custom connector on the open API and web services — details on the [Integrations](/platform/integrations) page.
