Zukko.AI vs Freshdesk
Freshdesk is a mature ticketing system for support agents. Zukko.AI resolves requests itself in messengers, in Uzbek; a voice on the phone connects to the Pro plan and is billed separately.
Launch it yourself — from 2 hours. A demo on your own channels.

What Freshdesk is and how its plans are built
Freshdesk is a Freshworks helpdesk: requests from email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger become tickets that agents work through queues and SLAs. The built-in Freddy AI agent answers routine questions and hands complex cases to a human.
Billing is per agent per month, in dollars: three plans — Growth, Pro and Enterprise — and annual payment is discounted. AI agent sessions are metered separately: some are included, extras come in packs. Reply drafts and agent suggestions are a paid per-seat add-on. Figures: see the vendor.
What Freshdesk does not do: it keeps no sales pipeline, being a support product; Telegram is missing from its channel list, and Uzbek is not mentioned in the plans. Its strengths, fairly: mature queues, SLAs and reporting for large teams. Zukko.AI is a platform of AI agents for business: it takes a request to a booking, reminder and customer record in Uzbek and Russian, at 699,000 / 1,190,000 / 1,990,000 UZS a month for the whole team, launched by you from 2 hours.

What replaces the first line in messengers: an Instagram chatbot or an AI agentone inbox with an AI agent
What is Freshdesk
A cloud helpdesk from Freshworks for support teams: every request becomes a ticket with a priority, an owner and an SLA response time. It ships a knowledge base, queue automations and agent reports. A human writes the reply; the Freddy AI agent takes routine questions.
Freshdesk pricing
Pricing is per agent per month, in dollars, across three plans: Growth, Pro and Enterprise, with a discount for annual billing. AI agent sessions beyond the plan allowance and the Copilot agent assistant are paid separately. The trial opens the top plan for 14 days.
Freshdesk and the Uzbek language
Uzbek is not mentioned on the product or pricing pages. How well the AI agent handles a mixed Uzbek and Russian conversation is something to test on your own requests. The interface and support workflows are built for a team that writes the replies itself.
Freshdesk and Telegram
The channel list on the Freshdesk site covers email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Line, Slack and Teams, and Telegram is not listed. In Uzbekistan, where requests arrive mostly through Telegram and Instagram, check this before you buy.
What decides the choice
Freshdesk was built for agents working through a ticket queue, Zukko.AI for the customer’s first message in a messenger. Nine factors our customers in Uzbekistan weigh when they buy, heaviest first; Freshdesk takes the last two.
| Buying factor | Importance | Zukko.AI | Freshdesk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Calling the customer back by voice, in UzbekCritical | Critical | Voice AI phones and answers in an Uzbek voice of our own; it attaches to the Pro plan | A voice channel sits on the higher plans, with no Uzbek voice |
| Night-time answers in Telegram and Instagram Direct, in plain wordsCritical | Critical | Answers within seconds in Uzbek or Russian, voice notes included, before any ticket queue | Telegram is missing from its channel list; Instagram messages wait as tickets for an agent |
| A support request that ends in a booked slot and a reminderCritical | Critical | Takes the slot for the visit or service and sends the reminder in the messenger the day before | Booking a customer for a service is not something Freshdesk is built to do |
| Going live without a helpdesk administratorCritical | Critical | A small team switches it on from 2 hours; an enterprise rollout runs up to 30 days with our engineers | Groups, queues and automations need an administrator; integrations are a partner project |
| Customer record updated without an agent typingHigh | High | Each chat and call writes the status and outcome onto the customer card | Agents work tickets; a sales pipeline is a separate Freshworks product |
| One bill in soʻm for the whole support teamHigh | High | 699,000 UZS a month on Start, CRM and channels included, nothing extra for rollout | Dollars per agent per month, with AI agent sessions and Copilot charged on top |
| Learning from calls, not only from ticketsMedium | Medium | From the Business plan, every call is transcribed and scored, and the findings sharpen the AI’s rules | Ticket and SLA reports; calls in Uzbek are not analysed |
| Queues, SLAs and reports for a large deskMedium | Medium | Priority and SLA on tickets where you need them, but a shorter list of desk tooling | Mature queues, escalation rules and agent reporting refined over years — a Freshdesk strength |
| A name the market already knowsMedium | Medium | A young category; our references are deployments in aviation, healthcare, services and sales | A global Freshworks brand with a large partner network |
Zukko.AI prices on 02.08.2026, per month: Start 699,000, Business 1,190,000 and Pro 1,990,000 UZS; Enterprise by agreement. Call analysis begins on Business. Voice AI is added to Pro and billed per minute: 1,800 UZS at the 3,000-minute monthly minimum. Freshdesk is described from its public pages, without its dollar amounts.
When to choose Freshdesk, when to choose Zukko.AI
Both products touch support, but they start from opposite ends: Freshdesk from the agent’s ticket queue, Zukko.AI from the customer’s message in Telegram or Instagram. These scenarios show where each one fits.
- Choose Freshdesk: a large desk that runs on email and SLAsA distributor or a software company with a dozen agents, most requests arriving by email and response-time targets per customer tier gets what it needs from Freshdesk: queues, escalation rules, agent reports and a knowledge base refined over years.
- Choose Freshdesk: one ticketing standard across several countriesIf the Tashkent support team is one office of a group that already runs Freshworks elsewhere, staying on the same helpdesk keeps reporting and procedures uniform. That is a governance argument, and a fair one.
- Choose Zukko.AI: requests arrive in Telegram and InstagramA clinic, an online store or an internet provider in Uzbekistan hears from customers mostly in Telegram and Instagram Direct, often as Uzbek voice notes. Zukko.AI takes those channels natively, transcribes the voice note and answers from your knowledge base.
- Choose Zukko.AI: support that also sells and booksWhen a support question often ends in a purchase or a visit — a tariff upgrade, a repeat order, a doctor’s appointment — Zukko.AI keeps it in one thread: it answers, sends a Payme or Click payment link or books the slot, and writes the outcome into the customer record.
- Choose Zukko.AI: a small team with no helpdesk administratorFreshdesk rewards a team that configures groups, queues and automations. A business with two or three people on customer requests launches Zukko.AI itself from 2 hours: connect the channels, upload rules and prices, switch the AI on.
Put an AI first line in front of the ticket queue
Leave your number. The AI employee rings you back and shows a Telegram request in Uzbek becoming an answer, a booking and a customer record, with no agent in between.
Freshdesk or Zukko.AI: what support teams ask
How is Zukko.AI different from Freshdesk
Freshdesk organises the work of support agents around tickets, with the Freddy AI agent taking routine questions. Zukko.AI is a platform of AI agents for business: the AI itself answers in Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp in Uzbek, Russian and English, opens tickets with priority and SLA where needed, and hands hard cases to an operator with the full context.
Moving from Freshdesk to Zukko.AI: the checklist
1) List the request types your agents close most often and the canned replies they use — they become the AI’s knowledge base. 2) Write down your SLA targets and escalation rules so tickets in Zukko.AI keep the same priorities. 3) Take out the contacts and open tickets you still need and decide which old history stays in Freshdesk for reference. 4) Connect Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp and web chat and run both systems in parallel for a week. 5) Move email last, once messenger traffic runs cleanly.
Does Freshdesk support Telegram
Telegram is not on the channel list on the Freshdesk site, which names email, chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Line, Slack and Teams. For a business in Uzbekistan, where Telegram is often the main customer channel, check this first. In Zukko.AI, Telegram connects natively next to Instagram and WhatsApp.
Freddy AI agent or the Zukko.AI agent
Freddy is metered in AI agent sessions on top of the per-agent licence, and the Freshdesk pricing page presents it as an email AI agent. The Zukko.AI agent works in messengers, understands Uzbek voice messages and, beyond answering, books a service, sends a payment link and a reminder; its work counts as AI actions inside the plan quota.
Can Zukko.AI and Freshdesk run side by side
Yes, and for a support team it is often the calmest start. Zukko.AI takes the messenger channels and the first line, while complex email cases stay in Freshdesk. With the open API and webhooks on the Pro plan, events from Zukko.AI can be passed on to your other systems.
How long does a switch from Freshdesk take and what does it cost
A small team launches by itself from 2 hours; a large support operation with integrations and security requirements runs as a project of up to 30 days. Plans are Start 699,000, Business 1,190,000 and Pro 1,990,000 UZS a month with 1, 3 and 7 CRM seats, billed in soʻm rather than per agent in dollars.
Give your support desk an AI first line
Connect Telegram and Instagram, load your canned replies as the knowledge base and watch the AI answer before a ticket exists. A small team goes live from 2 hours.
