Where is our data stored
Data residency is in Uzbekistan: UZ customer data is stored in the country and does not leave it. The region is fixed when the DPA is signed and changed on request.
Can the system be deployed inside our perimeter
Yes. SaaS, private cloud and on-prem are available. On an on-prem deployment the encryption keys live in an HSM on your side and data is not moved outside.
How is the data protected technically
AES-256 for data at rest — database, file storage and backups; TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is separated via RBAC and an audit trail is written for every action.
Do you hold any certification
The SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress and we expect to finish by Q4 2026. Processes follow industry practice and we account for GDPR and the Uzbek personal data law. We will announce the completed audit separately.
Is this suitable for banks
Yes. For CIS banks and regulated industries on-prem deployment inside your perimeter is available: encryption, role-based access, audit logs. The bank remains the owner of its data.
Who has access to call recordings
Access is defined by roles on your side. Recordings and transcripts sit in your storage perimeter and every access to them is written to the audit log.
