Unified inbox for business in Uzbekistan: full guide

How to bring Telegram, Instagram and WhatsApp into one AI inbox: how it differs from an aggregator, what to check before choosing and where to start.

INBOX · GUIDE

A single AI inbox is an omnichannel AI platform that gathers every customer channel (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber, web chat and others) into one window and answers in Russian and Uzbek within seconds: it understands Uzbek voice notes, reads photos of documents, keeps the customer context and escalates the hard cases to a manager with the full history. Below is a practical guide for the Uzbek market: how an inbox differs from adjacent products, which channels genuinely matter, what to check before choosing and how to launch.

What a single inbox is, in plain words

In a typical business in Uzbekistan customer conversations are scattered: one person writes in Instagram Direct, another in Telegram, a third on WhatsApp, someone else in the web chat on the site. The manager switches between apps, loses messages, answers late — and the lead goes to whoever replied first.

A single inbox gathers all of those channels into one window: one queue, one customer history, one interface. And the AI layer on top does not merely stack the chats — it answers by itself, understanding meaning, language, voice notes and photos. How the module works is described on the AI inbox page.

Aggregator, scenario builder and AI inbox: the difference

There are three different classes of product on the market, and they are routinely confused with one another.

Class of productWhat it doesWho answers the customer
Messenger aggregatorGathers chats from different channels into one windowThe manager
Scenario builderWalks the customer down a pre-written tree of buttonsThe script, then the manager
AI inboxUnderstands meaning, voice notes and photos, answers and escalatesThe AI; the manager only on hard cases

Put simply: an aggregator saves you switching between apps, a builder closes a couple of standard questions, and an AI inbox saves the work itself. A detailed comparison is in omnichannel versus an aggregator.

Which channels genuinely matter in Uzbekistan

In the West the primary channel is email and a web form. In Uzbekistan the picture is different, and you should connect what customers actually use.

  • Telegram — the main channel for business and customer conversations: private chats, groups, bots.
  • Instagram Direct and comments — the entry point for retail, services and healthcare; part of the traffic comes from under posts.
  • WhatsApp — familiar to the family and regional segment.
  • Web chat on the site — traffic from search and ads, which needs an answer within seconds.
  • Telephony — some customers still call; the call and the conversation must land in the same record.

One more local specific is language and message format. Customers write in a mix of Russian and Uzbek, send voice notes instead of text and photos of documents instead of typed details. A product that does not understand this works at half strength in Uzbekistan.

What to check before choosing

  1. Uzbek on the way in and on the way out — not just the interface, but understanding the meaning and answering in Uzbek.
  2. Voice messages — does the system recognise Uzbek speech in audio, not only text.
  3. Photos and documents — does the platform read a passport, a receipt or a delivery note and attach it to the conversation.
  4. One customer history — are chats from different channels and calls stitched into a single record.
  5. Escalation with context — does a hard conversation reach the manager together with its history, with nothing to retell.
  6. Where the data sits — physical location and modes for regulated companies: security.
  7. Integrations — does the platform connect to your telephony, payments and accounting system: integrations.

How to launch a single inbox

  1. Collect access to the channels: Telegram, the Instagram page, WhatsApp, the website, telephony.
  2. Write down 10–20 frequent questions and the rules: what the AI answers itself and what goes to a human.
  3. Upload the knowledge base — price list, delivery terms, opening hours, objection handling.
  4. Set up routing and escalation by department and by time of day.
  5. Launch on one channel, listen to the conversations for a week, then expand to the rest.

Onboarding takes from 2 hours for a small business with access ready; for a large company with integrations and security requirements, up to 30 days.

What it costs

Pricing is based on AI actions, not on the number of chats. The Start plan is 699,000 UZS a month with 60,000 actions (about 700 customer requests); Business is 1,190,000 UZS with 120,000 actions (about 1,400 requests) and adds call analysis, voice control and automatic follow-up; Pro is 1,990,000 UZS with 220,000 actions (about 2,500 requests) plus BI and API. Consumption depends on the industry and the size of the knowledge base: about 40 actions per request for a business with a short knowledge base, up to 190 for a large contact centre. The exact counter is in the workspace from day one. Outbound AI calling connects to the Pro plan and is billed separately; for large rollouts there is the Enterprise plan, by agreement.

If the actions run out early, you top up with a pack; anything beyond that is charged at 22 UZS per action. Packs are valid for one month and do not carry over to the next period.

What the business gets

  • Not a single lost request — every channel in one queue.
  • An answer the same second — instead of “a manager will get back to you”.
  • One customer history — no matter where they wrote.
  • Transparency — you can see how many conversations the AI closed and what went to people.

Adjacent scenarios are covered by AI support, auto-replies to comments and the voice AI agent.

Frequently asked questions

How is a single AI inbox different from a messenger aggregator

An aggregator only gathers chats into one window; an AI inbox understands what the message means, answers by itself in Russian and Uzbek, recognises voice and photos and escalates hard cases to a manager with the context.

Which channels can be connected

Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Viber, web chat and others — all in one queue, together with telephony in the same customer record.

Does the inbox understand voice notes and photos

Yes — Uzbek voice notes are recognised, and photos of documents (passport, receipt, delivery note) are read and attached to the conversation.

What if the AI cannot handle it

The conversation is escalated to a manager with the full history — the customer does not repeat the question.

How long does connection take

Onboarding takes from 2 hours with access ready; for a large company with integrations and security requirements, up to 30 days.

Which plan includes call analysis

Call analysis, voice control and automatic follow-up are included from the Business plan up; outbound AI calling connects to the Pro plan and is billed separately.
